She Puts In Work 2025/2026 Showcase Recap

The She Puts In Work 2025/2026 Showcase in Broken Arrow, OK was a great event led by Alex Desir of Seeds Workout. This was a one day event that featured skill development, 1v1 tournament, three-point contest, and 5v5 games.

Let’s take a look at some of the players that stood out.

Brooke Bettis | Guard | Union High School/EYG | 20025

A skilled combo guard that can handle it and knock down the jumper. She showed her skills during the skill portion of the camp, but lacked some confidence and assertiveness during the 5v5 games. When she understands that she belongs on the floor with anyone at anytime she could really blossom as a player.

Kailee Seaba | Wing | Oologah-Talala High School/Banshees | 2026

A versatile player that can play multiple positions. She does well in the half-court with her ability cut and slash, but I was really impressed with her ability to make plays in the open court. Kailee could grab the defensive rebound and push the ball in transition. She was a good decision maker that looked to make the right basketball play.

Janaiya Rogers | Wing | Union Freshman Academy/ID3NTiTY Elite | 2026

Janaiya did a solid job of playing her game during the camp. In events like this you typically have players that will try to do too much to make themselves stand out, but Janaiya didn’t do that. She didn’t try to force anything or take any ill advised shots. She took what the defense gave her. She did a great job of cutting and moving without the ball as she often scored on cuts and slashes to the basket.

Yonae Edwards | Wing/Forward | Union Freshman Academy/ID3NTiTY Elite | 2026

Yonae always plays with energy, effort, and heart. A highly confident player that never backs down from anyone, Yonae can play with finesse or with physicality. She’s a forward that has size to defend post players and on offense she is skilled enough to play on the perimeter. She can attack off the bounce, finish at the rim, and has a respectable three-ball.

Kayla Hill | Wing | Putnam City High School | 2025

I told Kayla after the camp that she is always going to be one of the best athletes on the floor. Her athleticism gives her the potential to be a really good defender on the ball and in the passing lanes. She plays with a tremendous amount of effort. She plays hard on both ends of the floor. Giving maximum effort when rebounding, cutting, defending, and running the floor. Great energy player that will continue to get better and more skilled.

Sarahi Beltran | Guard | Bixby High School/EYG | 2025

Sarahi was one of the best shooters in the camp. During the three point contest she make 10 three pointers in less than 20 seconds. The girl was firing them away and got in a groove that had the campers and myself amazed. During the 5v5 games she was able to put her full skill set on display. She’s a quick guard that can get in the paint and make plays for others, a solid on ball defender, and if she gets the room and her feet set behind the three-point line you might as well count it.

Taryn Jacob’s | Post | Broken Arrow High School/OK Swift | 2025

Taryn is a solid post player that does a good job at playing her role. What I mean is she doesn’t try to do too much. She runs the floor, understands how to get position on the low block, can make the mid-range jumper, rebounds the ball, and plays good interior defense.

Kayli Atkinson | Guard | Bixby High School/Team Griffin Elite 2025 | 2026

Kayli is a skilled player that can break down her defender off the dribble. This was evident during the 1v1 tournament at the camp. In the championship match-up she showed her ability to get to the rim in straight line drives and finish over the defender. She also showed how she can create space off the catch for the three-pointer. As the camp progressed to the 5v5 games Kayli continued to display those same skills. She attacked off the bounce, made the three ball, and showed her solid 1v1 defense.

Sevyn Miller | Guard | Midwest City High School/OKC DC Queens | 2026

Sevyn is another solid player that had a good performance at the She Puts In Work 2025/2026 Showcase. I’ve seen Sevyn play a few times and I see the same amount of effort and energy every time. She’s about her business. She comes in, gets to work, and does what she is supposed to do. She plays good team ball. Moves well without the ball, takes good shots, unselfish and plays well on the defensive end.
